Amina began making candles in her college apartment while getting a degree in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland. Today she makes eco-friendly all natural soy wax candles and a line of natural beauty goods.
Her mindful business grew through a slow, steady commitment and many long days at summer craft fairs! Handmade Habitat has a large airy production studio in Baltimore, Maryland and a small store front and workshop space in Washington, DC at the Brookland Arts Walk.
