  • $9.99 flat rate shipping
  • We aim to pack and ship orders within 48 hours
  • Delivery time: 1-7 days depending on your location
  • Tracking information provided via email

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Holiday note: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day), processing may take an additional 3-5 business days.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Once shipped, delivery times are:

  • 1-2 days: Local Baltimore/DC area
  • 2-4 days: East Coast
  • 3-5 days: Midwest and South
  • 4-7 days: West Coast and rural areas

These are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors may impact delivery.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Oversized or heavy items: May incur additional shipping fees, calculated at checkout.

International shipping: Available to select countries. Rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

APO/FPO addresses: We're happy to ship to military addresses. Please allow extra delivery time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Multiple shipments: If you order from partner brands, each will send separate tracking information.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Lost packages: Contact us immediately. We'll work with carriers to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Damaged items: Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if anything arrives damaged.

Wrong address: Double-check your shipping address before ordering. We can't redirect packages once shipped, but we'll help resolve any issues.
