Gift cards are available in specific increments online. If you want to share a different amount, please reach out and we will create a custom order for you.
Gift Cards will be sent to your email. If you want to send a copy directly to your person, check the box I want to send as a gift and complete the form.
To access FREE local pickup, use Shop Pay or pay via Credit Card or PayPal in the main checkout section.
Express Pay methods that are not Shop Pay will only show you our shipping options.
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 48 hours. Please pickup between 9a - 8p.
Important: Local pickup is not available if your cart includes partner brand products—you'll receive separate shipments with combined shipping costs shown at checkout.
$9.99 flat rate shipping. We aim to pack and ship orders within 48 hours. Shipping times range between 1-7 days depending on your location.
Partner Brand Products: Our partner brands ship directly from their own studios and have their own shipping rates. These costs are added at checkout.
Mixed Orders: If you order from both Tortuga and our partner brands, you'll receive separate shipments with combined shipping costs shown at checkout.
Please note that oversized items or heavy shipments may have higher shipping fees. International shipping rates vary based on destination.
We accept returns on full priced Tortuga items within 14 days of purchase.
Please contact us at (410) 291-9091 to coordinate your return. There are a few exemptions to returns such as sale items, personal care goods and gift cards.
Partner brand returns: Items from our partner brands follow each brand's individual return policy. Please contact us and we'll help coordinate with the brand directly.
