Refund policy

TORTUGA PRODUCTS

We have a 14-day return policy on full-priced items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate your return.

How to Return:

  1. Email hello@gettortuga.com with your order number and request to process a return.
  2. Download and complete our return form
  3. We can generate a pre-paid shipping label for you by request (shipping costs are deducted from your refund)
  4. Pack items carefully - we cannot refund items damaged during return shipping
  5. Include the completed Return Form in your return package

All returns must include our completed return form. This helps us process your return quickly and ensures you receive your refund promptly.

DAMAGES + ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or clearance merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care goods (beauty products, etc.)

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item, then place a new order once your return is processed. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method or issued a store credit based on your selection. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
