Created in honor of Yil's beloved grandmother, Doña Carmen is the perfect daily blend. A mix of 60% El Alma from Guatemala and 40% El Cauca from Colombia. This thoughtful combination delivers a chocolate and creamy taste that pairs beautifully with cream or non-dairy milk. It shines as espresso, where the citrus notes from El Alma emerge in a settled, balanced way that complements the rich chocolate undertones.
The beans are expertly roasted in small batches to highlight the rich and complex flavors of each origin, delivering a satisfying and balanced cup with notes of chocolate, caramel, and berries.

For every pound sold, $0.05 supports Habitat for Humanity Guatemala's Smokeless Stove Program, which has already provided clean cooking stoves to 42 families
