About Manos Juntas
Manos Juntas is a premium Colombian coffee from a micro mill in the Sotara area of Cauca region, featuring a sweet, winey, and balanced flavor profile with rich fruit notes and subtle berry hints. This specialty-grade Arabica undergoes a unique five-day anaerobic fermentation process in hermetic tanks with nitrogen gas stimulation, followed by controlled temperature cessation and natural processing where cherries are aged an additional five days before solar drying for 30-45 days. Sourced from Colombia's high-altitude coffee belt, this naturally processed coffee delivers exceptional complexity and body with a smooth, clean finish that works beautifully across all brewing methods from espresso to pour-over.
