$9.99 flat rate shipping. We aim to pack and ship orders within 48 hours. Shipping times range between 1-7 days depending on your location.

Mixed Orders: If you order from both Tortuga and our partner brands, you'll receive separate shipments with combined shipping costs shown at checkout.
Please note that oversized items or heavy shipments may have higher shipping fees. International shipping rates vary based on destination.
We accept returns on full priced Tortuga items within 14 days of purchase.
There are a few exemptions to returns such as sale items, personal care products and gift cards. If you have questions, please see the full policy here. All returns must include a completed return form.
